Bobby Howlett
Robert Victor "Bobby" Howlett (born 12 December 1948) is an English former footballer who played in the Football League as a defender for Southend United and Colchester United. He began his career at Chelsea where he failed to make a first-team appearance.
==Career==
Born in West Ham, London, Howlett signed for Chelsea as a youth, prior to signing for Southend United. He failed to make an appearance at Chelsea, and played in just six league games for Southend between 1967 and 1969,〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://www.neilbrown.newcastlefans.com/colchester/colchester.html )〕 starting four league games and coming on as a substitute for the other two, also making one FA Cup start.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://www.sufcdb.co.uk/index.php?option=com_indplay&Itemid=61&pno=449 )〕
